The lives of low income men are often highly impacted by systems such as child welfare, multiple social services, the courts, and the criminal justice system. Trauma reactions from life events and prior systems experiences often complicate the picture and complicate encounters with the systems. This training will help social service personnel to identify likely trauma reactions and respond in a supportive way.
