Absolutely Incredible Kid Day @ EVERYWHERE
Mar 21 all-day

This year, we are hoping to make AIKD bigger and better. Hopefully, youth receive letters at home, in school and then in after-school programs.  .

Absolutely Incredible Kid Day – participating in AIKD is a simple, meaningful way to let youth know how much they are appreciated. Words are powerful – young lives are changed by this day and simple act of your encouragement, love, and kindness.  Letters or notes can serve as tangible reminders of how wonderful and special a child is…and we have seen in so many cases that children will re-visit these items so often in years to come.

Ideas For Absolutely Incredible Kid Day on MARCH 21, 2019:

  • Write a personal note or specific compliment to the special kids in your life – CLICK HERE for official AIKD stationary or make your own! That letter, text, email, video, or phone call can go such a long way!
  • Go out of your way to be mindful in offering extra words of encouragement and admiration to those children throughout the day
  • Inspire random and anonymous acts of kindness with those children
  •  Leave post-its with special messages everywhere for those children to find throughout the day
  • Utilize social media to challenge other adults to take part in AIKD
  • Share AIKD ideas and photos from the day on school on social media.

Look for the Facebook Challenge – Do you accept the challenge to tell three kids in your life how absolutely incredible they are?
