Evidence-based parent education group for 9 week sessions on Tuesdays from 11:00am – 1:00pm. Covers 5 years of parenting, starting from birth to age five with additional topics including temperament, mindfulness, brain development, self-calming, and special needs. School readiness and parent engagement are also addressed during this series.
